In 2006, Ms. Grosman joined Dade Legal Aid as a Domestic Violence Attorney. She then joined the family law unit where she handled family cases and served as a Guardian Ad Litem (GAL) in contested family law and domestic violence matters. She currently serves as Law Firm Pro Bono Coordinator and GAL Mentor, recruiting, training and mentoring pro bono attorneys and law firms, promoting the importance of performing pro bono work and providing pro bono opportunities, serving as a vital liaison to countless volunteers to guide them on pro bono cases.. A founding fellow of the Inaugural Class of the Dade Legal Aid Leadership Academy, Ms. Grosman serves as its coordinator. She organizes and attends a variety of annual events, including Give Miami Day, Getting a Head Start on Pro Bono, Battle of the Legal Bands, and Lunch & Learns on a host of topics. Previously, Ms. Grosman served on the boards of the Miami Dade Bar Association and the Young Lawyers Section, and, in 2017, she received the bar's Legal Luminaries "Top Pro Bono & Public Interest Attorney Award." In 2016, she received the "Top 40 Under 40 Lawyers of South Florida Award" by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. She served as Host Committee Chair of the 5th Annual Switchboard of Miami Bachelor Auction and was featured in Brickell Magazine's 2016 “Miami’s Best Dressed” issue. Ms. Grosman penned the article, “Lawyers Can Lend a Hand by Doing Pro Bono Work,” (2008) The Miami Herald. She earned her JD from Stetson University College of Law and her BA from Barry University. She is fluent in Spanish and conversant in Italian.
