In 2006, Ms. Grosman joined Dade Legal Aid as a Domestic Violence Attorney.  She then became a Family Law Attorney where she handled a variety of contested family cases for many years. She also handled numerous cases acting as a Guardian ad Litem "GAL." Currently, she serves as the Law Firm Pro Bono Coordinator connecting firms with cases and projects and is a GAL and mentor to other attorneys handling pro bono GAL and other cases. A founding fellow of the inaugural class of the Dade Legal Aid Leadership Academy, she organizes events, presentations and programming. Ms. Grosman served on the Board of Directors of the Miami Dade Bar Association and Young Lawyers Section, and, in 2017, she received the bar's Legal Luminaries "Top Pro Bono & Public Interest Attorney Award." In 2016, she received the "Top 40 Under 40 Lawyers of South Florida Award" by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and served as Host Committee Chair of the 5th Annual Switchboard of Miami Bachelor Auction. In 2016, she was featured in Brickell Magazine's “Miami’s Best Dressed” issue and in 2008, penned the article, “Lawyers Can Lend a Hand by Doing Pro Bono Work,” featured in The Miami Herald. Ms. Grosman graduated from Stetson University College of Law and from Barry University. She is fluent in Spanish and conversant in Italian.
