Stephany S. Cabrera, Esq., Family Attorney

Mrs. Stephany Cabrera is a Family Law Staff Attorney representing family law clients and advocating for families in need.  A seasoned lawyer known for innovation and a steadfast commitment to justice, Mrs. Cabrera focuses her practice on family and immigration cases. While in private practice, Mrs. Cabrera passionately helped families advocating for positive outcomes in family and immigration proceedings. A resilient leader, Mrs. Cabrera is fluent in Spanish and is a member of the Florida Bar, American Immigration Lawyers Association, and Miami Dade Bar Association. She graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s in Political Science and Advertising. She attended Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law, where she received her JD. During law school, Mrs. Cabrera interned with the Immigration Unit of the Broward County Legal Aid Office and, in 2009, was awarded the Florida Bar Foundation Legal Services Summer Fellowship, which led to her joining Dade Legal Aid as a Family Law Fellow for the Summer Fellowship Program in 2009 serving low-income individuals and families in dire need.
